About the project

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products. You will bridge the gap between user needs and business goals, driving the end-to-end design process from conceptualization to execution. In this role, you will champion user-centric design methodologies, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to transform complex workflows into intuitive, elegant, and impactful digital experiences. 

What you’ll do

• Develop and deliver designs from initial concepts and wireframes to pixel-perfect final designs
\n
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to shape a wide range of digital experiences.
\n
• Partner with the Studio team, product management, and stakeholders to support launches, new initiatives, and ongoing site enhancements.
\n
• Champion mobile-first, user-centered design principles.
\n
• Design experiences for global audiences, considering localization and translation needs.
\n
• Inspire and push the team to continually raise the bar and deliver world-class experiences.
\n
• Present design concepts and clearly articulate the design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
\n
• Contribute to and help evolve a best-in-class design system.
\n
• Collaborate with the Brand team and other product design teams to ensure cohesive brand integration across digital experiences.
\n
• Work closely with the research team to understand user needs and validate design decisions before and after development.
\n
• Create interactive prototypes and micro-animations that effectively communicate design intent and enhance user engagement.
\n
• Partner with developers to deliver experiences with a seamless fit and finish.
\n
• Analyse current UX patterns and competitive design landscapes.
\n
• Stay up to date with UX best practices and design trends.
\n

What makes you a great fit 🎯

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
\n
• 5+ Years of experience designing for large-scale and high-visibility websites.
\n
• Strong background in digital design and marketing, preferably with experience in marketing or communications.
\n
• A hybrid skill set combining visual design and UX expertise.
\n
• Experience designing across multiple devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop.
\n
• Expert in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Illustrator, or Photoshop).
\n
• Experience in presenting ideas and design solutions to senior leadership.
\n
• Experience working in fast-paced, iterative design environments.
\n
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of craftsmanship.
\n
• A strong portfolio showcasing clean, thoughtful, and inspiring design work.
\n
• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
